Amrit Yoga Holistic Center offers daily public yoga classes (available in Hindi and English), specialized workshops and arranged retreats in the many aspects of yogic science on-site at the Bal Ashram campus. The serene Ashram environment provides the perfect place to explore the depths of yoga, pranayam and meditation.

WEEKDAY YOGA WITH SUDHANSHU YOGACHARYA

Description

Combining breathing practices, asanas, and mindfulness, this class helps to increase flexibility, strength, clarity and balance. Seated, standing, and supine postures are utilized and often connected with the breath to create a gentle flow in the practice. Accessible for all ages and abilities.

 

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Morning Classes: 5-6 am; 6-7 am; 7-8 am; 8-9 am; 9-10 am

Evening Classes: 4-5 pm; 5-6 pm

 

PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION WITH SUDHANSHU YOGACHARYA

If you’re seeking individualized support with your yoga practice, or healing from an injury or chronic tension, private yoga instruction will provide you with practices and tools tailored to your unique needs. Sessions are available in-person and virtually over Zoom.
